Important for statutory-insured patients
As a purely private practice, we do not bill statutory health funds directly. There are two routes for you: as a self-payer – costs are based on the GOÄ/GOP scale and explained transparently in advance – or via the reimbursement procedure (Kostenerstattungsverfahren). You need to apply for this yourself with your health fund; our front-office team is happy to support you with it.
Cost bearers are organisations that referred you to us, or employers with a framework agreement with our practice. If no one referred you and you did not receive an ID, “No” is most likely the right answer.
