    First session

    We clarify your concern, possible diagnoses and whether we can work well together.

  2. PHASE 02

    Probationary phase

    In up to five probationary sessions we clarify your needs and the therapeutic framework.

  3. PHASE 03

    Short-term therapy

    Usually 12–24 sessions of focused, structured work on your concerns.
