Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance or off-premises within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. (The legally binding text is the German version.)

Exercising the right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Dr. Daniel Zeiß GmbH, Niedenau 36, 60325 Frankfurt am Main, email: praxis@danielzeiss.de, phone: 069 34868114) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model form below, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse all payments received from you without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal.

Early expiry

If you requested that the service (e.g. a therapy session) begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount for the service already provided up to the point of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal expires early if the service has been fully provided and you expressly consented to it beginning before the end of the period.
