Der Weg zu mir
A musical ACT journey (German)
Five songs plus three powerful bonus tracks guide through the key principles of ACT — from the thought spirals of “Gedankenkarussell” to the courageous first steps of “Schritt für Schritt”. Gedankenkarussell Fusion / Thought Traps
Do you recognise these endless thought loops? This powerful rock song makes audible what many experience.
This song deliberately describes the feeling of being trapped in destructive thought spirals – the starting point of many therapeutic journeys. If it feels too intense, you can start directly with track 2 “Nur Gedanken”, which already shows solution pathways.
-
Gentle as clouds drifting by, we learn to let our thoughts pass without being swept away by them.
-
Raum zum Atmen Acceptance / Opening Up
„Making space for all this heartache, let it flow like rivers to the sea…“
Sometimes the heart simply needs space. This song creates emotional room for everything that is.
-
Mein Kompass Values
„Bin so lange schon gelaufen ohne zu wissen, wohin…“
If you ask yourself “What really matters to me?”, this song is your musical signpost to your true values.
-
You don’t need to see the whole picture. This upbeat rock song encourages you to take the next step even when the path isn’t clear.
Bonus tracks
-

A tender journey back to your inner child. Healing often starts with learning to speak kindly to ourselves.
-
Scheideweg Transformation & Neuroplasticity

Change can feel scary. This song celebrates the courage to walk new paths and to grow.
-
Die Vergangenheit ist nur Erinnerung Trauma Processing & Defusion

A listener’s feedback
Danke Ihnen! — C. F. Questions about the album?
