Hybrid work: what you don’t see

Hybrid work — the buzzword of the moment. How do we move forward after the pandemic? Do we want to “bring back” employees, or can the experiences of two years of pandemic be implemented so that employees and companies are equally happy?

In this talk I give an overview of the things we don’t see right away — the psychological mechanisms behind hybrid work. I also present two tools that help you better understand your own behavior and that of your employees and develop innovative, perhaps even disruptive, solutions.
